Dear Nottoway County Resident:

When you call 911 in an emergency, the Enhanced 911 system automatically displays your telephone number and address to the Communications Officer. This information is then forwarded to police, fire or rescue units dispatched to your location. In order to provide the highest level of service to you and safety to responding units, please complete the following form. The address information will be verified and corrected as needed to ensure that emergency personnell can get to your home in the shortest time possible. Any other information provided will be added to the computer system at the E-911 Center, so that it will show on the computer screen when your call is received.
